Every wedding cake is personally handcrafted by me from scratch, ensuring attention to every detail. I use only the finest quality ingredients, as I believe the taste of the cake is as important as its appearance. Each tier is around 6 inches tall and consist in four layers of sponge filled with Swiss meringue buttercream and high quality fruit preserves and curds.
Each wedding cake is covered in white chocolate ganache and finished with a smooth layer of fondant for a refined, elegant look. Buttercream designs are also available on request, although I take into careful consideration the distance to the venue to ensure the cake arrives in perfect condition.
Each sugar and wafer paper flower that adorns my cakes is meticulously handcrafted by me, adding a unique and elegant touch to every creation. My goal is to create not only a visually stunning centerpiece but also a truly memorable experience with every bite.
