My name is Anasabrina, and I am the creative mind behind this small business, based in Ashtead, Surrey. Originally from Venezuela, I moved to the UK with my family more than 15 years ago, bringing with me a love for food, tradition, and creativity.
Although I have a background in Industrial Engineering, my true passion has always been in the kitchen, particularly in cake decorating. What began as a self taught hobby soon grew into something more. Eager to refine my skills, I completed professional training in cake decorating and sugar art both in the UK and the USA.
I've always had a deep love for flowers and nature, and that admiration has become a major source of inspiration in my work. It led me to specialize in sugar flowers, an art that allows me to blend precision, beauty, and creativity in every detail.
For me, it is not just about how a cake looks, it's equally important how it tastes. I believe every cake should be a complete experience, where flavour and design come together to create something truly memorable.
